Eco Aviation Ltd was incorporated in February 2020 with a clear vision to revolutionize the aviation industry in West Africa. As a dynamic aviation company, we specialize in a wide range of services, including passenger and air cargo operations, ground handling, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities.
Our goal is to become the preferred aviation company in West Africa, leveraging subregional partnerships and alliances to create a robust and reliable network across the region. By developing multiple aviation hubs, we aim to strengthen and expand the aviation industry, making it more accessible and efficient for all.

Principal Advisors
Ekow Paintsil is a seasoned airline executive with over forty years of experience in commercial airline operations. He is widely read, with extensive network of business contacts within the aviation industry in Africa. His forte is in airline marketing, business development, and yield management bringing to bear tactical discipline, precision, and wide knowledge in the global aviation industry.
Ekow Paintsil’s experience includes his time as country director of West Africa for American Airlines based out of Accra. He has also worked with Ethiopian Airlines, Swiss Air, China Southern Airlines, and Ghana Airways.
He is a founding member and a former president of the Board of Airlines, Ghana (BAR-GH) and is a member of IATA, and the Chartered Institute of Transport.
With over 20 years of working experience in the aviation industry, Robert Owusu began his aviation career in 1994 at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines becoming sales manager for Ghana. His subsequent experience includes being Director of Precision Air responsible for Commercial and Ground Handling having joined the IATA and IOSA certified airline as part of the management team recruited from Kenya Airways to rescue the airline after a period of acute financial distress.
Whilst at Kenya Airways, Robert was the Regional General Manager of Africa for Kenya Airways with responsibility for Sales, and distribution in Africa having previously been the General Manager for West and Central Africa leading Kenya Airways’ commercial expansion into 16 African cities.
Robert Owusu is holder of an Executive MBA degree from China Europe International Business School.
Elly Osewe is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with over 23 years of experience and leadership in a cross-section of industries and functions including finance and strategy with long experience in financial reporting and analysis, commercial decision support, business controllership, strategic performance management, and regulatory and governance compliance reporting.
Having held various senior-level positions across different organizations he has been Finance Director and Chief Finance Officer for Precision Air Services Limited in Tanzania and Commercial Controller and Business Performance Manager for Kenya Airways.
Peter Bilumsige Amaleboba is a lawyer with thirty years of experience and a specialist in aviation law. In his extensive career in civil aviation regulation of almost 30 uninterrupted years, Peter has occupied many positions in the aviation industry in Africa including being the Legal Advisor of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC). Peter was the second Vice Chair of the Legal Commission of the 41st General Assembly of the International Civil Organization (ICAO) held in Montreal, Canada in September-October 2022.
Before joining AFCAC, Peter worked with the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority holding various positions of responsibilities including Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, Legal Officer (Regulations), Deputy Director of International Relations, and Pioneer Director of the then newly established Air Transport Department and now Economic Regulations Department Secretary to the defunct Air Transport Licensing Authority (ATLA) at the Ministry of Transport of Ghana.
Peter has considerable international experience in civil aviation having taken part in many Bilateral Air Services Negotiations between Ghana and many countries in the world. He has participated in all ICAO General Assembly meetings as a delegate/ Advisor starting from the 32nd General Assembly held in 1998 to the most recent 41st General Assembly held Sept/Oct 2022, ICAO Diplomatic conferences on International Air Law, Member of the ICAO Secretariat Study Groups such as, the Legal Aspects of GNSS, CNS/ATM, ICAO Legal Committee etc.
Member ICAO, ECOWAS, BANJUL Accord Group Legal Committees. chaired the Monitoring and Harmonization Committee of ECOWAS on the implementation of the Yamoussoukro Decision, Member of ECOWAS- EU Air Services Negotiations Team, participated in African Union Air Transport/ Legal Committee Meetings in addition to participating in numerous international Conferences and Seminars on civil aviation, as a speaker and panelist.
Peter holds an Advanced Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in International Air and Space Law from the International Institute of Air and Space Law, University of Leiden, (The Netherlands) a Master of Arts in Law (MA Law) in International Air Transportation from the Kuban State University (Russian Federation), Postgraduate Degree in Diplomatic and Strategic Studies from the Centre d’Étude Diplomatique and Strategique (CEDS de Dakar, Senegal), Diploma in Aviation Management (ATDI), Montreal, Canada, Qualifying Certificate in Law, Ghana School of Law, Certificates in Arbitration, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London and the Ghana Arbitration Centre.
Peter is also a Certified and Practicing Mediator and Arbitrator of the National Labour Commission of Ghana. He has also mentored young aviation lawyers and professionals across the African continent and is proficient and speaks English, French, and Russian.
